ADS allows providers to enter their daily work information and can then calculate provider pay and any appropriate facility invoicing that needs to occur.  Variable rates based on provider class, employment status, working on vacation, can all be handled.  Options to round times is also built in.

Your facility partners can generate daily requests for coverage which can be seen and approved/denied in real time.  In coming requests are compared with available staff to identify staffing shortfalls/surpluses days in advance, giving you time to optimize staffing levels.

Assign your staffing on a grid that is automatically created from incoming coverage requests, saved preset staffing data, or as needed assignments.

ADS stores all standard provider profile  information along with provider credentialing and vacation/daily availability.  This ensures that only appropriately credentialed and available staff will be assigned to work at a facility.

Use one of our premade reports to track key financial and operational aspects of your practice.  We can also help you create an Excel workbook to handle more complicated calculations as needed and make that available to you through ADS.
